Do you support net neutrality?

At CREDO, we've fought hard for Net Neutrality. But our progress remains imperiled by the continuing efforts of AT&T, Verizon and Republicans to block a free and open internet.

Your phone doesn't need to be on the wrong side. Ditch Big Telecom and switch to CREDO, before this special offer expires.

Net Neutrality matters. So does your choice of phone company. We're stronger with you.

Save Net Neutrality

Dear 5849376,

Whose side are you on?

FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler made good on President Obama's promise to stand up for the Internet, introducing strong rules on Net Neutrality this week -- a major step toward victory.

But Net Neutrality remains under attack by AT&T and Verizon, and by Republicans like Senator Ted Cruz who has received campaign donations from—you guessed it—AT&T and Verizon!

Now the race is on to keep Big Telecom and Republicans from weakening or derailing the rules before the FCC commissioners vote later this month. If you're a customer of AT&T or Verizon, you're on the wrong side.

Only one phone company is on your side fighting to protect your right to a truly open internet—CREDO Mobile. If you want a phone company that's defending your right to an open internet, join us today.

Almost one year ago today, Big Telecom thought it had killed Net Neutrality. Verizon had sued the FCC and on January 14, 2014 a federal court ruled that the FCC can't regulate broadband Internet providers like Verizon the way it regulates phone Verizon. So the court paved the way for Verizon and other big corporations to block or slow your access to any web site, application or service any time they want and for any reason.

In January, FCC Chair Tom Wheeler indicated he was considering following President Obama's lead and save the internet. Wheeler made good, and the FCC commissioners will vote on his plan later this month, but the FCC will be under tremendous pressure to weaken the rules, from Big Telecom and Republicans who are pushing sham net neutrality rules in Congress. We don't yet know if the FCC commissioners will keep the rule intact, or cave to the likes of AT&T, Verizon and Republican Senator Ted Cruz. But we do know that CREDO and our best allies will bring the full force of our activism to the FCC.

Seriously, if you care about Net Neutrality, you should switch to CREDO. Join us today if you're ready to dump a phone company that is planning to sue the FCC in order to destroy Net Neutrality and our free and open Internet.

It's not just Verizon that opposes a free and open Internet that treats all content equally. Early last year, AT&T announced plans to create corporate-sponsored mobile data programs, allowing AT&T and its corporate partners to push their sponsored media to customers for "free" while charging regular mobile data rates for non-sponsored content. That means a scenario would be possible in which right-wing propaganda from Fox could be free, while users would have to pay to listen to independent media like Democracy Now!

Your choice of phone company makes a difference. CREDO Mobile has always defended Internet freedom and privacy. In fact, our members submitted over 235,000 comments to the FCC, and made over 4,000 phone calls supporting Net Neutrality to the FCC.

And when you switch to CREDO Mobile by February 28, you'll get $100 off any phone PLUS 25% off your data plan for a year.*

CREDO has always defended your right to an open internet. Since 2006, we've been fighting to preserve strong Net Neutrality protections and protesting corporations trying to restrict your access to information online—corporations like Verizon and AT&T.

And CREDO funds the movement for an open internet—with millions in donations to nonprofits like Demand Progress, ColorOfChange, the Electronic Frontier Foundation and many more. In contrast, AT&T and Verizon have spent millions of dollars fighting against Net Neutrality and an open internet.

Can you say any of that about your phone company?

You can save $100 on the phone you want plus get 25% off your data plan for one year. And we make it easy to switch: We'll credit you up to $350 for early termination fees and up to $300 more when you trade in your old phone.* Give us a call at 877–346–0516 and mention special offer code 319626 or join online today.
