The Supreme Court is trying to steal another election

CREDO SuperPAC

5849376 --

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court struck a major blow to voting rights in North Carolina -- overturning a lower court ruling, and reinstating Thom Tillis' radical bill that's been called "the country's worst voting restrictions."1

That means one of the most draconian voter suppression laws in the nation is now back on the books for the election less than one month away, in a state that is a must-win.

This is on top of the North Carolina voter-suppression mailer sent by Koch brothers-funded groups, currently under investigation.

There's only one way to fight back. Please chip in now to help reach even more progressive voters and make sure they not only turn out to vote, but that they are prepared to make their vote is count on Election Day.

This is the Republican playbook. If your policies can't win the election, then use whatever means necessary to keep as many eligible young and minority voters as possible from casting a ballot, so you can steal it.

We're working to expand our voter outreach capacity in North Carolina, even training volunteers to host satellite phone banks in their homes or businesses to accommodate even more volunteers in these final weeks, and reach more voters with crucial information.

The right to vote has been under attack by conservatives and the Roberts Supreme Court, which laid the groundwork for this attack when it struck down Section 4 of the Voting Rights Act last year.

Among other things, this decision ends North Carolina's same-day voter registration, which 100,000 voters used in 2012, including twice as many African-Americans as whites.

If we don't fight back, the Supreme Court may well have just decided control of the Senate. Please chip in now.
