RE: The Supreme Court isn't above the law

Dear Friend,

Our campaign urging Chief Justice Roberts to adopt the Judicial Code of Conduct for the Supreme Court is getting noticed.

Your signature, along with 100,000 other others, inspired the New York Times editorial board to write an editorial arguing that the Supreme Court needs to adopt a code of conduct in order to bolster the Court's credibility with the public.

CREDO will continue to fight for the Supreme Court to adopt the Code of Conduct — and we will continue to alert you and the rest of our members when Supreme Court justices are embroiled in ethical conflicts.

And as the date that the Court will hear the challenge to the health care law approaches, CREDO will continue to fight to force Justice Thomas to recuse himself due to his clearly vested interest in overturning this incredibly important legislation. If you have not done so already, you can sign our petition telling Clarence Thomas to recuse himself here.

Thank you for your continued activism.
