VICTORY: Senate protects net neutrality

Dear Friend,

Yesterday, the Senate voted down a resolution that would have eliminated the already weak FCC net neutrality rules and given telecom companies like Verizon and Comcast control of our Internet.

This victory wouldn't have been possible without activism from CREDO members like you. We sent over 82,000 petition signatures to Democratic members of the Senate urging them to vote against this resolution — and they listened to our demands. Every voting Democratic senator voted against the corporate takeover of the Internet.

This vote is a testament that your activism really can, and does, work to hold members of Congress accountable.

CREDO will continue to work to protect our free and open Internet, and fight for stronger net neutrality rules in the future.

Thank you for your activism,

Ali Rozell, Campaign Manager
CREDO Mobile
