Subject: Shut down campus coal plants

Dear Friend,
When you think of a college campus you probably don't picture respiratory problems, heart attacks, toxic air pollution and premature death.

But nearly 50 colleges in the United States still maintain dirty, coal-fired power plants that poison the air and threaten public health.

The school near you contributes to this by burning coal at its campus plant, and in order to protect your community, that needs to stop. In order for that to happen, we need to show the school's leaders that the community is opposed to the campus coal plant.

Tell college and university presidents: Stop polluting the air in my community.
